Ray, a native of Glasgow, Scotland, comes to South Charlotte with a solid soccer background having spent 3 years as a pro in the Scottish Leagues with the likes of Glasgow Rangers and Queens Park. During Ray’s time in the ’pros’ he captured several National youth caps and was privileged enough to have played a part in Scottish Cup semi and quarter final.

Ray’s ability to grow and motivate soccer players of all ages is a huge asset for SCSA. Ray is an assistant coach with the NC ODP program. Ray played his college soccer with Pfeiffer University where he graduated with a sport managment/business degree.

Ray holds his National Diploma from the NSCAA and numerous qualifications with the Scottish FA (SFA).
