SCSA offers speed and agility training to all players on a weekly basis during the spring and fall seasons. Sessions will run through September/October in the Fall and February/March/April in the Spring. Speed and Agility training is provided by the staff of The Epicenter.
Speed and Agility Training for Spring 2008
Begins February 8
U9 - U12 Boys and Girls: Fridays at JM Robinson 5:00pm – 6:00pm
U13 - U18 Boys and Girls: Fridays at JM Robinson 6:00pm – 7:00pm
No training on Good Friday
Training concludes April 4
