After the hiring of Gary Hoilett and Dan Dudley, we truly feel we have completed the puzzle in our coaching needs for our membership. Our next task is to fulfill our need for adequate field space. We have embarked on a great opportunity to build four quality lighted soccer fields at the new Flat Branch Elementary School (click here to see proposed field map) on Tom Short Road off of Ardrey Kell. SCSA has partnered with Mecklenburg County Park and Rec Department to have these fields operational by the fall of this year. To make this a reality, we need your help. Our goal is to raise the remaining $255,000 of the $435,000 project with 100% participation from our membership. This may seem an ambitious goal, however, we feel with an effort put forth by the entire SCSA family we can make this a reality. We have put together a marketing campaign booklet (click here) with various levels of sponsorship and donation opportunities for your review. Every dollar will help build these fields. Please pass on this information to any potential sponsors who would be interested in participating in the great cause. Every donation is tax deductible. We also have various advertising opportunities for businesses (i.e. tournament sponsorship: 1.7 million hits on club website during summer months; shirt sponsorship: great exposure with company name and logo on our club shirts).
Feel free to call me at the SCSA office 704-708-4166 if you are interested helping SCSA with this fundraising campaign or would like to meet to discuss any potential sponsors as I will happily meet anyone to go over the options of working with SCSA. Thank you for your consideration. We hope together we can have this facility operational for our children at SCSA in the fall.
Sincerely,
Brad Wylde, Executive Director SCSA
